Some comments on the budget and IDP

Lack of information on the Struisbaai reservoir and the R10m that was not able to be used in this budget? Has that grant been lost in terms of money coming into CAM.

EG: grant amount to CAM each year may be R20m which R10m was going to Reservoir has been lost for this year. Does that mean that CAM gets R30m next year?

Why is an Environmental impact study now suddenly needed when this project has been running for years.

How much has been spent to date on this reservoir project and what has been delivered for that money spent?

Sewerage charges should be levelled with month charge equal to water borne sewerage. Why should Sewage pumping services be more expensive?
