NRA Budget and IDP Response 2025/25
The Napier Residents Association (NRA) submits this response to the 2025/26 Draft Budget and IDP of Cape Agulhas Municipality (CAM) with the intent of promoting equitable, transparent, and accountable governance. While the municipality’s documentation outlines strategic goals, the content and delivery approach reflected in this year’s budget falls short in critical areas of planning, execution, public engagement, and financial discipline.
